Tomoca Coffee, one of the leading coffee brands in Ethiopia with a chain of coffee houses has entered the Kenyan market by opening an outlet in the country’s capital, Nairobi in Two Rivers Mall.
The company is known for its Italian-style coffee, made with Ethiopian Arabica beans.
Tomoca is a member of the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange (ECX)] and it exports its coffee to Sweden, Germany, USA, Japan and other countries.
In Addis Ababa, it has six branches and opened its first international branch in Tokyo, Japan, in 2015.
Incorporating its classic tradition of roasting the coffee beans in the coffee shops, Tomaco enters the Kenyan market with already leading brands like Café Espresso, Café ArabikaArtcaffe, Java House, Gibsons Coffee House, Dormans, The Mug, among many others.
Tomoca plans to create beverage blends with Kenyan, Rwandese, and Ethiopian coffee. If you are in the store early enough, you get to watch the master roaster freshly roast and package coffee beans and smell the coffee.
